By installing and using the Shaft Alignment for Rotating Equipment application, you, as the user, agree to the following terms and accept full responsibility for complying with them.

For each app purchase, the user can activate the application on only one device. To use the application on a second device, the user must first log out from the app on the first device.

1. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights of the application, including but not limited to its design, source code, content, images, diagrams, trademarks, and other components, belong to “Kia Ava Rayan” Company. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or use without the prior written consent of the owner is strictly prohibited and will be subject to legal action.

2. Terms of Use
The use of this application is permitted solely for educational, technical, or practical purposes. Any transfer, sale, or distribution of the application's content without prior written authorization is prohibited. The user agrees to use the information provided in the application only for legitimate and lawful purposes.

3. Disclaimer
The company does not guarantee that the application will always function without errors, interruptions, or security issues. Although carefully developed, calculation errors may still occur. This application is provided solely as an engineering assistance tool for preliminary calculations and is not a substitute for professional engineering judgment or official technical validation. The user is responsible for independently verifying all results and ensuring their suitability for actual implementation. The application and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

4. Access Restrictions and Account Suspension
In the event of any unauthorized use, misuse of the application's content, or violation of the Terms of Use, the support team reserves the right to temporarily or permanently restrict or suspend the user's access.

5. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
The company reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any modifications become effective upon publication within the application. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

This application includes both offline and online calculation features. For account identification, proper functionality, and service improvement, the app may collect and securely transmit the user's email address, device model, and operating system version. Anonymous usage statistics (such as feature usage frequency) may also be collected to improve performance and user experience.
